the lobby offered complimentary coffee throughout the day i found it very convenient the location near the metro simplified my trips into the city center it only took three stops rooms were equipped with coffee makers and stocked coffee capsules

The in-room coffee machine was very convenient for morning refreshments. I found the hotel app for ordering extras quite useful. Requested items were delivered promptly. The breakfast area impressed me, and the food was delicious with many options.
The makeup mirror in the room was placed a bit HIGH for shorter guests, somewhat difficult to use comfortably.

The front desk staff showed politeness and attentiveness; they addressed inquiries quickly. Housekeeping maintained high standards of cleanliness throughout my stay. Ordering amenities through the app was simple, and delivery was surprisingly fast.

staff members was really friendly and youthful. the interior was interesting and had many colors. the breakfast was very good, i especially enjoyed the fresh orange juice. i found it easy to travel around because metro and train station are nearby.
the make-up mirror has been installed quite high. its a minor issue for smaller women.

The metro station is conveniently located close to the building. It made commuting straightforward.
the promised amenities were a complete mirage. i requested a couple of items during the initial night. it took a full day to get a notification they were ready. they never looked. i found that unacceptable.
